Achievments

For DPDHL I consolidated 31 service desks throughout Latin America and Europe into a unified, world-class customer service operation that won industry accolades in Malaysia and Europe. In addition I: drove transition to a unified service delivery model that carved out millions in savings and impacted 78% of all DPDHL IT services.
