He leads digital editorial and video, VR and 360 strategies, and audience growth across social platforms and National Geographic’s web products.

Digital career

Previously, Hunt was Vice President of International at Vox Media and, before that, launched and scaled the company’s marketing and communications operation, raising awareness for the company, its media brands, branded partnerships, and content. Before joining Vox, Hunt was the Global Marketing Director at Vice Media. He led the U.S. and international digital strategies for the company’s portfolio of media brands in 20 global markets, its HBO series and branded campaigns such as The Creators Project, a partnership with Intel.


Hunt has led the digital strategies for content programs that were awarded Silver and Bronze Cannes Lions and a number of Webby Awards. He is also an advisor to The Front, a by-women-for-the-world creative and production company.
